These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of storybyblank.com and any related services (the "Site"), operated by Story By Blank ("we", "us", "our"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
Story By Blank is a marketing, video production, and software studio. The Site provides information about our services and ways to contact us. Any specific engagement for services is governed by a separate agreement between you and us; these Terms cover your use of the Site itself.
You agree to use the Site lawfully and not to: misuse or interfere with the Site or its security; attempt to access areas or data you are not authorized to; scrape, copy, or republish content except as permitted; or use the Site to transmit harmful, unlawful, or infringing material.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Effective date" above, and continued use of the Site means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts located there.
