Things you agree not to do

Use the AI features to generate unlawful, deceptive, or harmful content, or to make automated decisions about people without appropriate human review.

Resell, sublicense, or share your access in ways not permitted by your agreement with us.

Your content and responsibilities

You are responsible for the content and data you put into the tools, and for making sure you have the right to use it. Keep your login credentials secure, and tell us right away if you suspect unauthorized access.

Enforcement

If we believe use of the tools violates this policy or the law, or puts our systems or other clients at risk, we may limit, suspend, or end access, and where appropriate, cooperate with law enforcement. Where it is reasonable to do so, we will give you notice and a chance to fix the issue first.
