Our AI tools are built to make your business easier to run, not to take it out of your hands. You stay in control of your data and your voice. This page explains, in plain terms, how we handle the data our AI features touch.
When we train an assistant on your business, it learns from your documents, your website, and the materials you give us. That knowledge is used to serve you and only you. We do not sell your data, and we do not use it to train public, general-purpose AI models.
For anything that speaks on your behalf, you stay in charge. The assistant drafts, you approve. You decide what goes out, and you can turn features on or off.
We use reputable, secured infrastructure to host and run these tools, protect data in transit and at rest, and limit access to what is needed to deliver the service. Features described as end-to-end encrypted are handled so that their contents stay private to you.
To provide these features we rely on trusted providers — for example, AI model providers, our hosting platform, and payment processors — who process data on our behalf under their own security and privacy commitments. We share only what is needed to run the service. A current list is available on request.
We keep your data for as long as we are providing the service to you, and as required to meet legal and accounting obligations. You can ask us to export or delete your data, and we will honor that request subject to those obligations.
