We keep billing simple: no long-term contracts, no setup fees, and clear scope up front. Monthly plans can be cancelled anytime. Work that has already been performed, and third-party costs we have already incurred on your behalf, are not refundable. The details are below.
A paid audit is billed up front. Because it is delivered work — the research, the teardown, and the plan are yours to keep either way — audit fees are non-refundable once the work has started.
Managed plans (such as the Managed Chatbot and Full Portal) are billed monthly in advance. You can cancel anytime; your plan stays active through the end of the current billing period, and you will not be charged again after that. We do not offer partial refunds for a month already started.
Larger builds and one-time buyouts are scoped and quoted before we start, often with milestones. Deposits reserve the work and are non-refundable. Payments tied to completed milestones are non-refundable. Anything not yet started can be cancelled per the terms in your project agreement.
Where a plan passes through AI or infrastructure usage at cost, those amounts reflect services already consumed and are non-refundable.

If something goes wrong on our end, talk to us. We would rather make it right than hide behind a policy. Anything agreed in a signed proposal or statement of work takes precedence over this page.
